WE TOTALLY UNDERSTAND THAT ORDERING YOUR COMPETITION OUTFIT ONLINE CAN BE A LITTLE BIT STRESSFUL. ESPECIALLY IF IT'S YOUR 1ST TIME COMPETING. WE'RE HERE TO HELP WITH

ANY QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE!

 

FOR FIRST TIME USERS WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND TO READ THE FAQ'S, AS MAJORITY OF THE

QUESTIONS WE RECEIVE ARE EASILY EXPLAINED HERE.

 

WHEN SHOULD I ORDER MY OUTFIT?

We have a very quick turnaround but we like as much time as possible to create your outfit, so it's never too early to order.

  • If you have never ordered from us before we recommend at least 10-12 weeks for Australian customers and 14-16 weeks for International customers, but the more time the better. We can always confirm your measurements 4 weeks before your competition date to ensure everything is perfect!

  • RUSH ORDER options are available, just ensure you contact us before placing your order.

  • Need an outfit ASAP? View the In Stock & Ready To Ship outfit collection for our pre-made designs which are ready to be shipped. with new designs uploaded regularly, we also have a selection of Hire Outfits to choose from.

       

PRODUCTION TIMES -

Don't wait months for your outfit to arrive with our quick turnaround time.

  • Basic outfits (no crystals)  -      2  weeks.

  • Crystal embellished outfits  -  4-10 weeks (depending on design)

  • Delivery times may vary during peak season, rest assured we will always have your outfit to you before your competition date, or if you require your outfit by a certain date before your competition 

DO YOU PROVIDE A RUSH ORDER SERVICE?

We sure do. You can add this at the checkout.. Although if your competition is less than 2 weeks away please contact us to ensure we are able to make and post your order in time. 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER ONCE IT'S BEEN POSTED?

At Cayios we like to ensure your item arrives quickly and undamaged so all of our orders are shipped express via Australia Post and must be signed for

on delivery. Postage times vary. please see the Shipping Info for all the details.

If your order is urgent please contact us to ensure we can make it for you in time. Once your outfit has been posted we do not take any responsibility of its whereabouts. It is up to you to track your order via the link provided.

HOW DO I MEASURE MYSELF?

Head over to the Size & Style Guide for all the  instructions on how & where to measure yourself for the perfect fit.​ If you are unsure simply contact us and we can help direct you.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT STYLE TO CHOOSE?

You can view all our available top & bottom style types on our Size & Style guide. 

If you are a fitness competitor be sure to check the rules and regulations of the federation you are competing with to ensure your outfit complies to their rules. If you are unsure on what style will work best with your shape, simply contact us and we can help direct you.

WILL MY OUTFIT BE SUITABLE FOR THE FEDERATION I'M COMPETING WITH?


The large number of Federations in the world makes it hard for us to keep up with their ever changing rules and regulations. Although we can suggest a few ideas to make sure that the outfit you wear on stage will be suitable for that Federation.

Firstly, ask your coach or trainer – its likely they have worked with the Federation before and know what's ok and what's not. It also can't hurt to look at pictures from your Federation’s website or Facebook page to see what other competitors bikinis look like. This won't tell you their rules, but it might indicate what's acceptable on stage. And last but not least, why not look up the Federation’s rules and regulations, which you’ll most likely find on the their website.

 

MY STAGE MEASUREMENTS WILL BE DIFFERENT TO MY CURRENT, HOW WILL MY SIZING WORK?

You can send us your updated measurements closer to your competition date .Be sure to select the 'make to my measurements' option when choosing your bottom size. We will contact you 3 weeks before your competition date to confirm your measurements.

 

  • If you know your stage measurements from last show please use them when ordering.

  • In our experience, we find that your measurements don't change enough to affect your outfit in the last 3 weeks Even after all the visible changes, your outfit won't be affected.  The only area that will be affected if you lose alot of weight, is around your hips, not your bum, but your hips where the connectors sit.

HOW DO I DESIGN MY CUSTOM BIKINI OR FIGURE SUIT?

Ever wanted the freedom to create your outfit from scratch? Well with our MyBikiniDesigner you can.

  • Head over to the MyBikiniDesigner page and follow the prompts.

  • Simply select your fabric colour, outfit style, connectors & or crystal embellishment options, BAM it's that easy!

 

 

 

I HAVE A DESIGN IN MIND. CAN I WORK WITH YOU FOR A CUSTOM DESIGN?


Yes. We can bring your design to life, or you can work closely with our team to create you a unique one of a kind outfit.

I’VE SEEN ANOTHER SELLER'S DESIGN THAT I LIKE... CAN YOU MAKE IT? 


In short, No. We wont use other company designs. It takes a lot of time and effort to create designs and we therefore respect their creative work just as we expect others to respect our work. Although we are more than happy to create you something similar along our guide lines with our fabrics & style types.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE MY OUTFIT & IT DOESN'T FIT OR NEEDS TO BE ADJUSTED?

If you receive your outfit and it does not fit please do not stress, adjustments are all apart of your 3 month warranty. Simply email us some photos and clearly explain your problem, we’ll do whatever we can to fix it! Problems don’t happen often, but you can relax when you order from us knowing that we really do stand behind our products 110%..

Please check our Size & Style Guide before ordering as your outfit should fit if your sizing matches the specifications provided for the outfit.

However, if you are not happy with the sizing for any reason, please notify us via email asap.

  • If your bottoms are either too big or small they can be easily adjusted from the back bottom extra tabs by a professional dressmaker.

  • If your bottoms are too short in the crotch or back area you may need a 'tall set' bottom. All orders placed with a height over 169cms will be made as 'tall set' bottoms.

  • The cup size and bottom coverage cannot be changed, so be sure to carefully read over our size & style guide to ensure you are selecting the correct top size and bottom style. If you are unsure simply contact us.

WHAT IF MY RHINESTONE CONNECTOR BREAKS?

In the unlikely event your rhinestone connector breaks before your outfit is worn on stage, you can post it back and have it repaired.

  • If your connector breaks once you have worn your outfit we are also happy to repair it, this is at your own expense.

  • Please contact us ASAP if this happens. If your outfit has been worn please wash it before posting it back. 

  • We recommend wearing a different bikini while practicing posing to ensure your stage bikini is not damaged before your big day.

  • Our 'Nailed It' practise posing range is coming soon to ensure your stage outfit is kept in 110% condition for the big day!

Our connectors are strong and given that you are taking good care of your outfit and ensure to pull from the fabric, not the connector when putting your outfit on, your connectors should not break. Treat your connectors like a fine piece of jewellery! Do not allow your connectors to twist or bend as this will weaken the connector and always store your outfit with the connectors laying flat. It is always best to keep your outfit in a Cayios Bikini Keepsafe Case to ensure this cannot happen.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We custom make every outfit to your measurements therefore have a very strict NO REFUND due to change of mind.

This includes if you decide not to compete. 

  • If your outfit does not fit, return it hassle free! We will issue you a store credit so you can repurchase something more suitable. 

  • In the case of faulty or incorrect items, we will gladly accept returns and refund the method of payment used.

CAN I CANCEL MY CUSTOM ORDER? 


We understand that sometimes you are unable to compete for various reasons or you no longer require the outfit. We custom make every outfit therefore we have a very strict NO REFUND policy.  

  • The deposit and/or full payment is non-refundable once work on your custom outfit has commenced.

  • However, the paid payment amount will be exchanged for a store credit, which is valid for 12 months. If you do not make a purchase within the timeframe you will forfeit the credit.

STORE CREDITS / GIFT VOUCHERS -

Store credits and gift vouchers are issued as a discount code and are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. If you do not make a purchase in this time frame your credit amount will be forfeited. 

***Store credits & Gift vouchers are not valid for the use of Hire outfits or for orders on custom made Wings.

 

HOW DOES THE 1 MONTH WARRANTY WORK?

We back our products 110% so all Cayios orders are covered by a 1 month manufacturer warranty. 

  • This covers the basic manufacturer of your product from the date you receive your item, also any alterations you may need.

  • Cayios is not responsible for the life of your connectors. You must understand that rhinestone connectors are extremely delicate and fragile and should be cared for accordingly. As part of out manufacturing process, we carefully check each connector before it is attached to your outfit to ensure there is no damage. Connectors only typically break if they have been folded in half, bent, and the metal weakens. They do not break simply from wearing. 

  • If your outfit has expensive crystals on it so please be very careful. All crystals are hand placed 1 by 1. We use the best quality glue to ensure all crystals are stuck on as securely as possible. However, it is possible that some crystals may come off for various reasons, eg due to the outfit being stretched in some areas or crystals may have been forced to move while wearing. All crystal outfits come with spare crystals.

  • Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for the normal wear and tear of your suit, resulting from use of tanning products, oil, or makeup; but we are more than happy to assist you in reparing your Cayios Creations outfit!

HOW DO I WASH MY OUTFIT?

Each outfit is supplied with care instructions, please follow these carefully as each outfit may be different.

DO YOU HAVE DISCOUNT CODES?


Yes, we use discount/voucher codes on our website. Sign up to become a VIP today to receive exclusive discounts and sale notifications. 

Gift vouchers and loyalty discounts are exclusive and cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer, sale or promotion discount. Vouchers are not valid on hire outfits.

DO YOU SPONSOR MODELS?


Yes. We run our #teamcayios Sponsored Models program yearly. Applications open in January & July.

Being apart of the team gives you exclusive discounts for all outfits and you also have the option for sponsor outfits for National & World competitions.
