THE PROCESS -

• We will contact you to go over the everything & discuss your outfit, we will then send through a sketch of a design we think will be perfect for you.

• Once we have confirmed all the details, a 50% deposit is required to secure your design.

• The total amount is to be paid 6 weeks before your competition date.

• You will be sent photo updates along the custom making process, so you never have the stress of your outfit turning up without knowing what it looks like. 

• If you have seen another design you love but would like it altered to suit your personality, we will try our very best to ensure your outfit is as close as possible, but please understand all outfits are individually hand-made and slight differences are inevitable. **We respect other designers creativity also so we cannot replicate this for you, but we are more than happy to design something similar.

PRODUCTION TIME -

• Please ensure you leave plenty of time before your competition date to organise as every outfit is hand-made to order. 

• We recommended starting the process at least 12 weeks out from your competition date.

• This will give us plenty of time to work closely with you and also so we can spend as much time ensuring your design is totally unique to suit you.

• To ensure you are completely happy with your fit, we can also send out your base suit once completed before we start any important crystal & design work.

The more time the better, as we will confirm your bottom measurements closer to your competition date.
