We have the following return options available to ensure your
shopping experience with us is enjoyable.
As every outfit is custom made to order at Cayios we have a very strict No Refund policy on tailor made designs. Rest assured;
If there is a problem with your outfit we’ll do whatever we can to fix it! Problems don’t happen often, but you can relax when you order from us knowing that we really do stand behind our products 110%.
**In the unlikely event that we are unable to get your outfit completed and posted to you in time for your competition date a full refund will be issued.* *This does not include any delay due to postal services.
TIME FRAME :
Australian Returns -
Must be made within 10 days from date of receiving the order. Items sent outside of this time frame will not be accepted.
International Returns -
For international returns, your items must be sent back within 14 days of receiving the item. Because of longer shipping times internationally, we do not include shipping time in this 14 day period, so you will have ample time to return your item.
(I.e. you have 14 days from when you receive the product to when you send it back)
Please note that international returns that are not received in their original condition as per the returns policy the outfit/s will be held by us until either return postage is paid or another agreement is reached.
CONDITIONS :
Pre-Made Designs -
If your pre-made Cayios Creation does not fit, you no longer require it or have simply changed your mind - return it, hassle free!
We will happily supply you with a store credit for your item/s (excluding postage) so you can pick something more suitable.
*Store credits are valid for 12 months. If you do not make a purchase within this time period, you will forfeit the amount.
Alternatively we can supply a gift voucher if you'd prefer to sell or gift it.
Custom Design Orders -
All custom outfits are tailor made to your measurements & specifications so if you have any concerns please contact us asap and we will endeavour to get this fixed.

If you no longer require the outfit once it arrives we are more than happy to supply a store credit for your total purchase amount (excluding postage).

The deposit amount secures your outfit, therefore is non refundable once work has commenced on your outfit.
Wings have a strict no returns, exchange or refund policy.
What happens if I receive my outfit & it doesn't fit correctly or needs to be adjusted?
If you receive your outfit and it does not fit please do not stress, adjustments are all apart of your 1 month warranty. Simply email us some photos and clearly explain your problem, we’ll do whatever we can to fix it!

If your outfit is too short in the crotch area front to back you may need a 'tall set' outfit.

If your bottoms are either too big or small they can be easily adjusted from the back bottom connectors by a professional dressmaker.

The cup size and bottom coverage cannot be changed, so be sure to carefully read over our Size & Style Guide to ensure you are selecting the correct top size and bottom style. If you are unsure on your sizing please dont hesitate to contact us and our stylist can help direct the correct fit for you.
IF YOU NEED TO RETURN YOUR OUTFIT :
We recommend that you post your item/s in a padded bag or box via tracked express postage to ensure a fast return & it is not damaged during transit. If you choose not to undertake the advised recommendations, you are responsible for any loss or damage that may happen to the product during shipping.

Due to health regulations any outfit that has been worn, soiled, damaged or laundered will not be accepted and will be automatically returned to the sender, so please take due care when trying on your order. In particular, take care not to get makeup/deodorant/tan on the outfit.
For hygiene reasons please keep underwear on when first trying on your order. In the rare event that a return is rejected, the decision is final and not negotiable.
Returning An Outfit For Adjustment -

If your outfit has been worn please wash it before posting it back for hygiene reasons. We will not work on dirty outfits.

We recommended sending your outfit in a padded bag or box to ensure it is not damaged during transit.

Return postage is at your own cost.
1 Month Manufacturer Warranty -

All Cayios orders are covered by a 1 month manufacturer warranty.

This covers the basic manufacturer of your product from the date you receive your item, also any alterations you may need.

Cayios is not responsible for the life of your connectors. You must understand that rhinestone connectors are extremely delicate and fragile and should be cared for accordingly. As part of out manufacturing process, we carefully check each connector before it is attached to your outfit to ensure there is no damage. Connectors only typically break if they have been folded in half, bent, and the metal weakens. They do not break simply from wearing.

If your outfit has expensive crystals on it please be very careful. All crystals are hand placed 1 by 1. We use the best quality glue to ensure all crystals are stuck on as securely as possible. However, it is possible that some crystals may come off for various reasons, eg due to the outfit being stretched in some areas or crystals may have been forced to move while wearing.

Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for the normal wear and tear of your suit, resulting from use of tanning products, oil, or makeup.
