We are now offering you the option to trade-in your pre-loved outfit for a store credit to use towards a new competition outfit. If your Cayios Creation has done it's job & got you to that top spot, you're changing divisions or simply just want a new suit then the Kash-in program is perfect for you.
Please fill out the Kash-in form below to submit your outfit for approval.
HOW IT WORKS -
When you trade in an eligible Cayios Creation outfit with our Kash-in Program, you will receive a store credit that you can use to order a new outfit.

Kash-in store credits can be used on custom & online orders.

Kash-in store credits are not valid with Hire outfits or custom Wing orders.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR -

Outfits that are gently used and must be in good condition.

Any outfits made 2021+
-
If you have any outfits made prior to 2021 please don't hesitate to submit them for approval if they meet our Kash-in requirements.

Bikinis, Figure Suits, Themed/Custom order outfits & custom made Wings are acceptable.

All outfits are subject to approval once they have to be returned to us.

Any unrepairable damaged or uncleaned outfits will NOT be accepted and returned back to you.
THE DETAILS -

Once you have submitted your form, please wait for up to 2 business days for us to review your information and give you the first approval before sending your outfit back to us.

Once we receive your outfit, a 2nd approval needs to be made. We will carry out a physical inspection to ensure your outfit meets the requirements of our Kash-in program.

This process can take up to 1 week. Once we have reviewed your item, we will contact you to discuss your Kash-in store credit amount.

Store credits can range from $150.00-$450.00 depending on the condition of your outfit.

Once approved you'll immediately receive an e-gift card for your eligible items.

If your item does not meet our standards, we will contact you to discuss your options. Any unrepairable damaged or uncleaned outfits will NOT be accepted and returned back to you.

If your outfit is accepted please ensure you follow all suggested postage options for shipping it back to us. We are not responsible for any damaged and/or lost items whilst your item is in transit.

It is your responsibility to supply us with a tracking number for your item to ensure it arrives back safely to us.

If your outfit is not accepted after the 2nd approval stage due to any of the above conditions the decision is final.

*Please include as much detail as possible about the outfit - date/year purchased, what federation/comp, how many times was it worn, any tan marks, rhinestone joiners damaged, missing crystals etc.
